A very long time. I was sixteen when I landed my first job at the O-Spa, a 17,000 sq ft spa at the Olympia Resort in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. My job included herbal wraps and full body sugar scrubs. The new standards for draping are a good thing! For me beauty and fitness have been more of a lifestyle than a profession.

What about the salon/spa experience are you most passionate about?Exemplary customer service. I serve out guest from the heart and truly enjoy it. Whether we are with a guest for 30 minutes or 3 hours, we have the opportunity to change someone’s day and sometimes, even their life. I am committed to staffing Acqua with people who are talented, compassionate, and truly want to serve. |

What do you hope your guests take with them when they leave Acqua?A full bag of Aveda products! Ha! No, but seriously. My hope is that every guest will leave feeling confident and renewed in their image, feeling balanced and happy. |
